Irus Pinot Noir 2022

This wine immediately draws attention to the attractive garnet-ruby hues and lovely complexity of aromas, both very appropriate for Pinot Noir. Red cherries, ripe plums, cinnamon, and fresh warm toast are all wonderfully integrated in the aromas. The flavors on the palate follow the nose, with added hints of nutmeg, spice, truffles and the fresh earthiness of the forest floor after a spring shower, which are again, characteristics of a classic Pinot. Our first Irus Pinot Noir has a luscious mouthfeel, even across the palate with a long, enjoyable finish.
