DuMOL Wester Reach Chardonnay 2022

The 2022 Wester Reach Chardonnay is a multi-layered expression of the region where the winery is located and farmed for over two decades. It blends fruit from different sub-districts, each contributing unique elements to the wine. The wine offers lovely aromatic purity with notes of pear, honeydew, lemon sorbet, and baked apple, accompanied by hints of white flowers, spearmint, and sea spray. On the palate, it is broad and enveloping, showcasing stone and citrus fruit flavors. The texture is chewy and layered, with fresh acidity lifting a long, intense flinty finish.
