Cobb Doc's Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021

The 2021 Pinot Noir Doc's Ranch comes from vines planted in marine sedimentary soils at 1,000 to 1,100 feet in altitude. Made with 50% whole clusters, it's scented of Italian plum, rhubarb, black tea leaves and fresh tobacco with forest and earth undertones. The light-bodied palate is bursting with dark, earthy fruit. It has a soft, gently chalky texture, vibrant bursts of acidity and a long finish.
