Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2018

Drawn from top Napa vineyards with each vineyard fermented separately in small tanks. Native fermentation started after a 5-day cold soak. The wines were pumped over two times a day until dry and then pressed and drained to barrels where malolactic fermentation occurred. Aged in 60% new medium toast French oak barrels, the wine matures for 21 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Fresh and vibrant with great mouthfeel and a long finish, this wine is very approachable in its youth. This wine will age beautifully for the next 10 years.
